Project: A new apartment structure that features ground floor parking and commercial space, 5 stories of residential space, and a shared roof deck. Canno Design created a unique brick corbelling detail for the facade.

 

The structure of the building consists of steel and composite slab framing up to the second floor and wood framing for the residential floors above.
